Cooking Instructions: Burgundy Pepper Tri-Tip

Cut down on prep time with this pre-marinated tri-tip—it’s ready to go straight onto the grill, and then onto your plate!
Ingredients
- 1 Fresh to Market Burgundy Pepper Tri-Tip
Preparation
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Season grill by rubbing with an oiled towel to help prevent sticking.
Grill meat for 2 minutes, then turn 90 degrees to make diamond grill marks. Grill for another 2 minutes. Flip and repeat.
Turn grill down to medium-low heat or move tri-tip to a cooler section of the grill, then cook for 12–16 minutes to an internal temperature of 130°F for medium-rare. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
