- 1 Fresh to Market Chicken Cordon Bleu
Preparation
Heat oven to 325°F.
Heat an oven-safe skillet to medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and brown both sides of the chicken, about 30 seconds per side. Place pan in oven and cook for 25–30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
