Ingredients

Preparation
Bring balsamic vinegar to a boil in a small sauce pot and reduce by half. Let cool to room temperature.
Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into ¼-inch rounds, then shingle with the basil leaves on a serving platter. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction.
