This soothing sip combines the subtle bergamot of Earl Grey tea with just the right creamy sweetness. For a floral twist, try adding a little lavender to the mix!
Ingredients
London Fog:

Lavender Fog Variation:

Preparation
Place tea bags (or loose-leaf tea in a tea steeper) in a mug. If making a Lavender Fog, add dried lavender.
Heat the water to 200–208°F, just below boiling, then pour over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5–7 minutes to brew a strong concentrate.
While the tea steeps, heat the milk to 140–155°F, until it is steaming but not boiling. Whisk the milk vigorously or use a handheld frother or pump in a French press to create a light foam.
Remove tea from the mug and strain out the lavender (if used). Stir in the vanilla, honey or sugar, and salt.
Pour the steamed milk over the tea and spoon the foam on top. Garnish with more lavender if desired.
